We deliver to Lahore and other cities across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area. Please provide your complete delivery address, including your city, area, house or street number, and an active phone number when placing your order.

2. Courier Partner

We use Leopards Courier for shipping our orders. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery to your provided address.

3. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and confirmed before dispatch. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order and delivery details. Please ensure that your phone number is active and that you respond to our confirmation message or call to avoid unnecessary delays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location, courier availability, and the time required to process your order. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, adverse weather, busy shopping periods, or other unexpected circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, parcel weight, and applicable courier rates. Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to you during order confirmation or shown at checkout, where available.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery through Leopards Courier for eligible orders and serviceable locations. You can pay the applicable order amount in cash to the courier representative when your parcel is delivered.

Please keep the required amount ready at the time of delivery. Your order must be confirmed before dispatch. COD availability may depend on the destination and applicable courier service conditions.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or shipment details from us. You can use the tracking information to check the status of your parcel through the official Leopards Courier website.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and an active contact number. Incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or repeated unavailability of the recipient may result in delivery delays or the parcel being returned to us.

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, additional shipping or return charges may apply. Our team will contact you to discuss the available options before arranging another shipment.

Although we work with our courier partner to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, road closures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
